Licensed Therapists - Currently Hiring

​

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) to see 20+ clients per week. Starting as a part-time position that builds.

Hybrid Model position.

Earn up to $100 per session!

​

Does This Describe You?

  • Holds an active and unrestricted professional license or registration through the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California 

  • Will pass criminal background and reference checks

  • Maintains accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans on Simple Practice EHR

  • Provides individual, couples, and/or family therapy

  • Works independently and collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff

  • Holds a Master’s degree in psychology or related field

  • Been in the field as a licensed therapist for a minimum of 2 years 

  • Has experience managing a team of therapists and can provide clinical supervision

  • Your favorite book is the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques (just playing)

  • Embodies strong communication and leadership skills - you enjoy being gracefully transparent

  • Enjoys being funny and adding humor to their sessions and meetings

  • Is in tune with their body and feels safe in their humanness

  • Values balance and self care - encourages the team to try new ways to self care.

Expectations:

  • Knowledge of up-to date psychotherapy models and interventions

  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients

  • Train new therapists and provide ongoing support and supervision by measuring performance 

  • Ensure that all therapists are providing high-quality care to clients

  • Excellent references and client retention rates

  • Adhere to ethical standards required by our field

  • Be a team player

  • Have a spiritual or mindfulness practice/background - belief in something greater than yourself

  • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned

  • Prior experience in a private practice setting is necessary

  • Clinical supervision experience preferred.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice

  • LMFT, LCSW, PsyD (Required)

 

*Pay scale is dependent on caseload:

  • 10 or less clients per week is $70-80 per completed session note to start

  • 10+ clients per week is $80 - 100 per completed session note and based on merit/experience

Associate Therapists ​- NOT HIRING

​

We are seeking dedicated, reliable part-time Associates (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) to see 20+ clients per week starting part-time to full-time.

Remote and telehealth position. Associates must be local to Los Angeles, CA

Earn up to $50 per session!

*Pay scale is dependent on caseload:

  • 10 or less clients per week is $30- $35 per completed session note

  • 10+ clients per week is $40-$50 per completed session note and based on merit/experience

  • Quarterly bonuses based on merit available​

Requirements:

  • Must be in good standing and have an active registration number with the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) in California

  • Must have a minimum of 500 Hours accrued under current registration​

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans on Simple Practice EHR

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy

  • Can work independently and collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff

​

What We Expect:

  • Competency in the following clinical abilities:

    • Formulating treatment plans

    • Diagnosing

    • Detailed session notes using Simple Practice EHR

    • Proficient time management skills

    • Understanding and the implementation of boundaries.

    • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

    • Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent references and client retention rates

  • Maintain current BBS Registration

  • Adhere to ethical standards required by our field

  • Must be punctual

  • Be a team player

  • Have a spiritual or mindfulness practice/background

  • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned

  • Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred
