6:00 PM - 7:30 PM PST
Culver City, California
Participants will explore how trauma impacts the nervous system, reconnect with their stories without shame, and build emotional and somatic resilience. The group supports transforming isolation into connection, reclaiming identity and power, and practicing tools for calm, agency, and integration.
This group is for immigrants of all statuses, adult children of immigrants, individuals or families impacted by ICE experiences, those navigating complex PTSD linked to systemic injustice, and allies seeking supportive community connection.
This is an open, drop-in group meeting weekly for 90-minute in-person sessions in Culver City. Sessions incorporate somatic tools, narrative work, breathwork, and psychoeducation, and are led by culturally attuned, trauma-informed, and somatic therapists. Multilingual resources are available.
