Why Shakti at Work

Useful tools. Human conversations. No forced vulnerability.

People bring stress, culture, identity, and family pressure to work. They do not need another generic wellness lecture or pressure to share personal experiences with colleagues.

01

Practical education people can use the same day

02

Reflection and participation without forced disclosure

03

A culturally aware, nonjudgmental clinical perspective

The need is real

Training changes how supported people feel at work.

Employees want practical guidance, and many managers still have not been given the tools to respond well.

69%

of employees at companies offering mental-health training feel their company prioritizes mental health, compared with 40% where training is not offered.

28%

of managers report receiving employer training on how to talk about mental health or mental-health resources with their teams.

81%

of employees say information or training about managing stress and burnout would be helpful.
