About Christina
Christina works especially well with people who have felt misunderstood, over-controlled or asked to make themselves smaller. Her approach is collaborative and emotionally attuned, with space for humor, spirituality, creativity and the realities of your culture and relationships.
Together, you may explore how inherited beliefs, nervous-system patterns and protective parts shape the present. The goal is not to push you toward a prescribed identity or outcome. It is to help you hear yourself more clearly and build a life that feels genuinely yours.

How Christina works
Christina integrates evidence-informed psychotherapy with body-based and experiential approaches. Treatment is always shaped around your goals, preferences and clinical needs.
